This is a powerful image. It touches my heart for very obvious reasons.
Whoa.
“An elderly Sri Lankan Tamil sits among the rubble of a village near Puthukkudiyiruppu on April 24, 2009.”
It’s very sad how the Tamil minority is totally ignored by the media, the only attention they get is when the LTTE does something wrong. Many Tamil civillians have been killed in fact.

Henry Kissinger Is The American Pol Pot
The War Criminal who engineered the the final stages of the US’s genocidal campaign against the people of Vietnam and Cambodia. It has been argued that his directives were responsible for as many deaths in Southeast Asia as the mass exterminations launched by Pol Pot.
He was complicit in the success of many repressive and genocidal regimes, through both explicit and tacit diplomatic approval and both direct and covert material support, including:
- Records show that Kissinger verbally assured Indonesian dictator Suharto that he had full US support for brutally repressing the East Timor independence movement in 1975. The US continued to sell weapons illegally to the authoritarian regime until 1999.
- He also supported the Pakistani army’s atrocities in East Pakistan (Bangladesh). In 1971, the American Consul General to East Pakistan alerted both Kissinger and President Nixon to the genocide being committed by Pakistan under the command of dictator Yahya Khan. Kissinger, then Secretary of State, recalled the Consul, continued to pursue an alliance with Yahya and covertly supplied Pakistan with American weapons.
- He was an architect of Operation Condor, a transcontinental program of torture, surveillance and political repression. Organized in the United States in order to suppress political dissent and institute pro-US, authoritarian regimes of terror across Latin America, Operation Condor was the mechanism for the incarceration, deaths and disappearances of thousands.
- He did everything he possibly could to assist and propel Pinochet’s 1973 Coup against president Allende in Chile, leading to the wholesale abduction, torture, rape and murder of political activists. Kissinger said he would not allow Allende to be democratically elected president because “I don’t see why we need to stand by and watch a country go communist due to the irresponsibility of its own people.”
(We would also accept that Henry Kissinger is the American Hitler)
